The crumbler is a low-noise and high-efficiency piece of crumbling equipment that combines the advantages of similar machines into a single machine. The crumbling machine can crush larger pellets at a diameter of 4.5-8 mm into smaller pellets with a diameter of 2-2.5mm. Compared to producing small diameter pellets directly using a pellet mill, this pellet crumbler achieves a higher productivity with a lower consumption. The pellet crusher can be installed at the bottom of the SKLM counter flow cooler, simplifying the feed production process and saving space.
Our crumbler uses a unique transmission system and is equipped with a bypass flow device. This allows machine operation to be more convenient and allows materials that don’t need to be crushed to directly pass through. With its compact structure, excellent crushing effects and low noise, the roller pellet crusher is an important piece of crushing equipment for feed processing factories with a production volume of 3,000 to 60,000 tons each year. Custom shrimp pellet crushing rollers are also available.
