Dryer and Stabilizer
We use pellet dryers and pellet stabilizers to further improve the pellet quality.
1. Adopts a dual, circulating fluidized bed that keeps materials suspended to produce a final dried product with uniform moisture content.
2. This pellet dryer takes up little floor area all while saving energy.
3. Wire mesh belt conveyor uses imported carbon fiber reinforced PEI wire mesh to transfer materials gently and without causing damage or deformation.
The pellet stabilizer is mainly used within the pelleting step of an aquafeed manufacturing process. Using hot steam for heating, the pellet stabilizer allows your fish feeds and shrimp feeds to have an improved water stability of 2 to 5 hours. The pellet's water stability refers to the time it takes for the pellet to completely fall apart in water.
