Leg Traction Splint
Hare traction splint is designed for prehospital care and patient transport. It is mainly used on patients who have suffered femur fractures. The leg traction splint can relieve patient pain caused by fracture, avoiding further bleeding and preventing further damage to surrounding nerve, blood vessel, bone and muscle. Medcare is available to offer two types of hare traction splint, i.e. MT-LTS1 and MT-LTS2.
MT-LTS1 is a femur traction splint constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, with length adjustable. It comes with an automatic traction device for nylon straps. This splinting device is designed for both adult and children uses. Similarly, the MT-LTS2 hare traction splint features an adjustable aluminum frame, durable nylon strap and traction device. It is also suitable for adult and children.
