Hydraulic Filter Element
Brief Introduction
The hydraulic filter element is installed in the hydraulic system to remove unwanted impurities from the hydraulic fluid. Removing these particles helps insure the running efficiency of the machinery.
Features
1. The hydraulic filtration system features a high voltage, medium voltage and return oil and oil suction component.
2. High, medium and low filter ratings. 2-5um high filter precision, 10-15um medium filter rating and 15-25um low filter rating.
3. The filter component features a pleated design to compress the filter element dimension and increase surface area. Pleating height is in under 20mm.
4. The hydraulic filter pressure differential is commonly 0.35 to 0.4 Mpa, for special filters, under high pressure differential, the highest requirements are suitable for under 32 Mpa, even 42 Mpa pressure equivalent system.
5. Temperature resistant up to 135 ℃

These elements are designed to greatly extend the life of the machine by removing contaminants that may cause damage to components of the equipment. The off line filtration of this element allows for multi-pass filtration at a controlled flow and pressure.
