Geological drill rig, type GQ-10 is a large diameter light engineering drill rig developed by us, CGEG in conjunction with the continuous growth of the constructions of foundation pile hole. It adopts the structural design of the vertical core drill rig which has compact and small size to ensure a stable and reliable construction process. It is suitable for use in drilling for large diameter foundation pile projects such as high-rise buildings, dams, port terminals and bridge.

• It has similar structure with vertical core drill rig. As compared to other engineering drill rig, it has smaller size, lighter weight and easy for shifting.
• It has larger strength where 6 gear of clockwise rotation and 1 gear of counter clockwise rotation. It is applicable in drilling projects on various formations as well as convenient for handling on drilling accidents.
• The vertical spindle stroke of the drill rig is 96mm. It has strong clamping force for the hydraulic chuck, long spindle stroke of the oil tank and large lifting force of the winch.
• Low center of gravity of the drill rig, excellent stability, long hydraulic retraction, suitable for foundation pile constructions within 1000mm.
• The drill rig has more variation of rotational speed and reasonable range of the rotational speeds. It can be equipped with Y225M-6, Y225S-4 electric motor or R4105G54, R4105ZG53 diesel motor. Particularly, it is suitable in large diameter pile foundation construction.
• It has large installed power and strong drilling ability, can drill pile holes with diameter within 1000mm.
• Large vertical spindle stroke of the drill rig, long feeding distance, strong adaptability of the drilling techniques, high efficiency of the drilling works.
• Reasonable design for the closed hydraulic chuck, strong clamping force, stable and reliable.
• Strong lifting ability of the drill winch where the maximum single rope lifting force can reach 39.6kN.m.
• Low center of gravity of the drill rig, stable and long hydraulic retraction. Besides, it has automatic telescopic orifice plate which eases the operations of the aperture.
• It has oil supplied by double cylinder which is less power consumption and lower oil temperature of the hydraulic system. The drilling pressure gauge and the hydraulic system pressure gauge are integrated into one. It has oil-filled shock-proof structure. The drilling pressure value has simple calibration, the instruction is accurate, and the gauge has long lifespan.
• It has small size, light weight and is detachable. It weighs 2430kg excluding the engine. It can be transported separately into 8 parts where the largest part weighs 350kg. Convenient for shifting purpose.
