Chipping Machine
Description
Chipping machine is comprised of frame, knife roll, upper and lower feeding roll, conveyor belt, hydraulic system and other parts. With hydraulic pressure, the feeding roll assembly can move up and down within a specified range to achieve the function of cutting raw materials with different thicknesses. The chipped materials are discharged from the sieve holes. While the rejected materials will be re-cut in the machine until meeting standards.
The frame and housing are welded by high strength steel sheets to have compact resistance and long life span. Based on the application scope and production efficiency, uses can install 4-6 cutters on the knife roll following actual demands.
Application
Chipping machine is used to cut different raw materials into the required sizes, like cutting wood branch, veneer, bamboo, cotton, etc. It is widely used in biomass pellet factories.
