As a component for hot dip galvanizing line, the electric ceramic immersion heater for hot dip galvanizing equipment consist of two parts, ceramic outer sleeve and quartz heater. The sleeve is made of quality composite ceramic materials like silicon nitride and silicon carbide by high temperature forming technique and high temperature sintering technique.

The ceramic outer sleeve is in a cubic structure, while its internal hollow space is in cylinder shape. Thus its strength in high temperature situation will meet various galvanization solutions. The electric ceramic immersion heater for hot dip galvanizing equipment is evenly and vertically mounted on two or four inner walls of the kettle, ensuring the zinc fluid has even temperature distribution.

The industrial quartz immersion heater comprises quartz glass tube and resistance wire. The wire is made of premium nichrome wire which features high electric resistance and thermal resistance. The highest working temperature could reach 800℃, effectively ensuring the desirable heating performance and service life.
