The ester based drilling lubricant is primarily composed of natural fatty acid esters, and this lubricating agent suits well for most water-based drilling fluids.

Application
As a friction reducer, this product is used to cut down the coefficient of friction in fresh water, sea water and brine systems, thus providing torque-and-drag reduction as well as reducing differential-sticking in wellbores.
Safety and Handling
For safety considerations, personal protective equipment is highly recommended and actually it is a must. Before work, please refer to the precautions illustrated in the MSDS.
Packaging and Storage
The ester based drilling lubricant is packed in 55USG HDPE drum or 1000L IBC tote tank.
The container should be closed, and then placed at a dry, well-ventilated area that is away from heat, sparks, flames and incompatible materials. For palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking operations, please follow safe warehousing practices.
