Benefits
1. Xanthan gum X-2 is a kind of high-molecular-weight oilfield chemical, and it is of technical grade. Our product is soluble in various types of water-based systems, such as freshwater, seawater, salt brine and heavy brine systems. Moreover, it is non-toxic and readily biodegradable.
2. This corn sugar gum is a low-solid viscosifier that is universally applied to form gel structure and increase viscosity of aqueous drilling, completion and workover fluids.
3. If our xanthan gum is added into drilling fluid, this drilling fluid will be able to keep its viscosity at an almost constant level even if the temperature or PH value fluctuates. The allowed temperature range is from 32°F to 270°F, and the PH range is 3-12.

Packaging and Storage
Xanthan gum X-2 is packed in 25kg (50lb) paper sacks.
The container should be closed, and then placed at a dry, well-ventilated area that is away from heat, sparks, flames and incompatible materials. For palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking operations, please follow safe warehousing practices.
