PTFE Needle Felt Filter Bag
Due to its excellent stability in numerous working conditions, the specially developed PTFE needle felt filter bag is used for filtration in chemical plants, waste incineration and high temperature liquid processes.
Our needle felt bag is made using an extremely stable PTFE fiber material, giving the filter bag a number of attractive features.
1. The filter bag works at a continuous temperature of 250°C and an instantaneous temperature of 280°C.
2. This PTFE filtration bag is almost completely non-flammable and has an excellent resistance to acid, alkali and oxidation.
3. PTFE fiber is a fiber that does not age, thus the filter bag does not weaken over time.
4. Filtertex’s needle felt bags adapt to even the harshest working environments, and feature a normal service life of more than 4 years.
