Design principle
The shallow air flotation system is a water quality purification device with high efficiency, and is used to separate and remove very small suspended solids whose density is similar to the water. The principle of the air flotation method is in the follows: Firstly, the air dissolving system produces the air dissolving water, the dissolving water releases into the water and produces many very small bubbles after rapid decompression. Secondly, the numerous small bubbles adhere to the surface of the flocculation particle, form the suspended solids whose integrated density is less than 1, and the new forming suspended solids rises to the water surface. Thus realizing the solid-liquor separation.
