Continuous Belt Dryer / Dehydration System
This machine is mainly used for drying different kinds of fruits and vegetables. It is equipped with continuous feeding and discharging system. The whole machine is divided into 3 sections. Each section has different temperatures and speeds to ensure that the materials can be overturn when passing on section to another, in order to ensure the uniformity of drying. The drying chamber adopts the steam heating to dry products, avoiding the scorch. The steam will be recycled during the production to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
The fruits will be feed to the conveyor of the dryer and then are heated by the hot air inside the drying chamber. The machine is with the steam heating and recycling system. The fruit or vegetables will be transported from the inlet to the outlet of the dryer by the stainless steel conveyor. The speed of the conveyor can be adjusted according to the different kinds of fruits or different kinds of products to be processed. The heating temperature of the dryer can also be adjusted according to the different section of the machines.
