The optimized design of the wear parts used for this impact crusher greatly enhances the convenience of maintenance and shortens replacement time.
The dual material tossing of the Aeolus rotor can help prolong wearing time and protect the vertical-shaft impact crusher's main rotor body from damaging due to excessive wear. The secondary overflow system of the crusher machine, or sand making machine, can achieve different rotational speeds which allows the operator to control grain type and granularity distribution of the discharging material.
