Applications
The hydraulic brake hose is designed for pressure transmission for automotive, truck and trailer hydraulic pressure brake systems.Truck and trailer manufacturers and wholesalers use this automotive hose, which meets SAEJ1401 requirements.
Temperature range: -40~ 100°C
Features
1) High strength, polyester threads.
2) Good performance in bursting resistance, tensile strength, and low increments of internal swelling.
3) High temperature resistance: No visible cracks without magnification within 72 hr under -55°C.
4) Exceptional ozone-resistance: No cracks when examined under 7X magnification under 50 in 50mpa±5mpa.
5) The hydraulic pressure brake hose has low moisture permeability.
6) Fatigue resistance: No leakage in 2 min under pressure of 19.6±0.48 Mpa.
7) Excellent pulse performance.
