Convex Linear Motion Spline
The GJZ convex linear motion spline features a long service life and high hardness. Its spline bearing is made of HRC58 quenched alloy steel and its spline nut is made of HRC58 quenched alloy steel or alloy structural steel that is carburized and quenched. The convex linear motion spline uses zero clearance or even interference fit in the rotational direction, so operation in high speed straight motion and rotation is achievable. As rolls of balls are held by the retainer, balls will not fall even if the spline shaft is pulled out of the spline nut. The spline has compact structure and is easy to assemble.
The GJZ convex linear motion spline is designed with cylinder spline nut. Its spline shaft has three crests equidistantly spaced at 120 degrees. On both side of each crest, two rolls of balls are arranged to hold the crest from both sides. There are six rolls of balls in total.
The convex linear motion spline is used in a wide array of application such as spindle of spot welding machine, tool post, indexing shaft, arms of industrial robot, automatic loader, measuring instrument, main shaft of automatic plotting machine, wire winder, and main shaft of packaging machine.
