This hydrogen welding system uses high temperature flames created by burning hydrogen gas. It is equipped with an oxygen-hydrogen generator to create hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis. The burning of hydrogen and oxygen in the torch is easy to control. The hydrogen welding system can be widely used to polish jewelry and glass as well as solder and braze metals.

Operation flowchart

Unpack the HHO welder from package.
Install the gas pipes.
Connect the nozzle.
Open the cap of water tank.
Add pure water into stainless steel vessel.
Add the potassium hydroxide into water.
Stir slowly and wait for cooling.
Add the cooling electrolyte into the welder water tank.
Tighten the cap of the water tank.
Turn on the HHO welder and generate brown gases.
Ignite.
Start to welding.
