Application
The fast and efficient fiber ball water filter comes with a fiber ball inside, and the porosity of the fiber ball occupies about 93% of the filter layer. The device has a large volume and high intercepting residue ability, not only can remove the suspended solids and silt in the water, but also can remove the organics, gel, iron and manganese. The fast and efficient fiber ball water filter is mainly used to the refined filtration of oily sewage in the oil filed. Since the large filtration volume and the fiber ball is not easily to be stuck with oil, the fast and efficient fiber ball water filter is widely applied in the petrochemical industry.

Design principle
The raw water enters the main part of the fast and efficient fiber ball water filter, and the residue like the suspended solids in the raw water is removed when the raw water flows through the injecting material layer, and the filtrated water flows away from the main part of the device. The back wash equipment begins to work when the residue of injecting material layer increased and the flow speed is decreased. Then the residue in the water is back washed outside of the main part through the water inlet, resulting in integrated filtration.

The fast and efficient fiber ball water filter includes the main part, cap, filter screen, supporting plate, inlet and outlet system, stirring system, back wash system and injection equipment.

(1) The upper filter screen and lower filter screen adapt the customized stainless steel wire screen, the structure is compact and the use age is long.
(2) The filter bearing uses the steel plate with drilling machine punching, and the lower part adapts the I-beam as the pedestal.
(3) The stirring organ uses the double-deck paddle stir machine, the machine has good performance of stirring and be easily to back wash.
(4) The equipment of the inlet and outlet system all adapt the seamless steel tube.
(5) The filtration material of the fast and efficient fiber ball water filter uses the polyester yarn which has strong absorption ability and long use age
