Application
Activated carbon filters are commonly found in water treatment operations used in industries with a high degree of clean water standards, such as the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, electronics industry and chemical industry. They provide pretreatment for wastewater in order to prevent it from polluting subsequent equipment lines and water sources. Carbon filters are also effective at removing colors and odors from water.

Design Details
The adsorption and discoloration ability of activated carbon is employed to remove impurities from the liquid and purify it. These abilities are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
(1) The organic substances, bacteria, colloidal particles, and microorganisms in water can be adsorbed.
(2) It can adsorb non-metallic substances such as chlorine, ammonia, bromine, and iodine.
(3) It effectively adsorbs metal ions, such as silver, arsenic, antimony, cobalt, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony and tin.
(4) It can effectively remove color and odors.
Main Structure
The device body is a cylindrical steel structure with upper and lower ellipse heads. The filter material is Q235-A or 304 stainless steel, with activated carbon and quartz sand filler.
A whole set of device is equipped with control valves, a flowmeter, and a pressure gauge.
