Diaphragm rupture detection system gives off a signal when the diaphragm ruptures, all the while keeping the diaphragm up and running until a diaphragm replacement is possible or stopping the pump immediately if the diaphragm has been severely damaged. 3. Precision designed eccentric mechanism consists of a cam, spring-loaded eccentric arm, and other key parts necessary to adjust the stroke length of the piston moving inside the mechanical diaphragm metering pump.
4. The piston is directly attached to the diaphragm instead of having hydraulic liquid between them. The pumping motion of the piston directly causes the diaphragm to flex back and forth. This simple mechanically actuated diaphragm design allows for easy repair.

Working Principle of Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump
The motor drives the worm gear set. Via an eccentric mechanism, the rotary motion of the gear is converted into the reciprocating motion of the piston. As the piston reciprocates, the connected diaphragms flex back and forth causing suction from the supply tank and pumping the fluid through the conveyance infrastructure.
