Carton Folding and Gluing Line X1100 type High Speed Carton Machine
Description
The X-1100 carton folding and gluing line’s high speed carton machine is equipped with a 4.5m enlarged folding and closing section and a 3m extended pre-folding section. The maximum processing speed reaches 500m/min, all to ensure the machine is capable of the production of straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other boxes with a width of 1.9m.
This machine features a quick changeover and multiple functions, allowing it to satisfy the requirements for small to large batches of carton folding and gluing.
Application
The SMARTFOLD Ultra X 1100 – PC is used to produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, and other box types.
The SMARTFOLD Ultra X 1100 – SL is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes, and other box types.
