Description
The carton folding and gluing line’s 650 type carton folding machine features an on-line quality inspection machine, which is connected to a register table. The carton board is fully registered before entering the inspection section for color-difference detection, overprint deviation detection, die-cutting deviation detection, bar code verification, and more items to ensure the stability of the inspection system, and reduce labor costs.
The maximum speed of this folder-gluer is 400 m/min, with a maximum blank width of 650mm, making it suitable for packaging carbon boards with a maximum size of 800 g/m² and corrugated boards of E, F and N types.
Application This carton folding and gluing line is used for the production of straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.
