Parabolic Trough Solar Collector
ParabolicTrough Solar Collector
Our parabolic trough solar collector is mainlyconstituted by the collector module, drive system and tracking system. Whilethe collector module includes the collector tube, reflective mirror and torquebox. With 6 m wide opening, 1.71m focal length, 12m length, 80% to 82%concentration ratio, and over 70% optical efficiency, the collector module canmeet the installation requirements of parabolic trough tube with a standardlength of 4060mm.

Our parabolictrough solar collector adopts the single axis tracking system, which achieves ahigh tracking accuracy of up to ± 0.8 mrad. This hydraulic tracking system is constituted by a hydraulic cylinder, powerstation, and electronic control system. The hydraulic cylinder is able toachieve maximally 220°rotation of the trough collector. In addition, theelectronic control system mainly calculates the angle of the sun based on thesun’s running track, then measures the angle of the collector through thesensor, and further ensures high tracking accuracy by controlling the hydraulicvalve block.
