Pellet Crumbler
During the production process of pellet feeds, material crushing size has corresponding requirements in that the needs for pellet size are different in different growth period of livestock. If pellet machine is used to directly make small pellets, it will result in low output and large energy consumption. However, if you use pellet machine to make big pellets first and then use pellet crumbler to crush them into small ones, you can enjoy high output while consuming less energy.
To be specific, when using pellet crumbler, the output can be increased by 3 to 4 times and the energy consumption can be lowered by 2 to 3 times. Therefore, the pellet crusher is an indispensable device during the process of feed pellet production. Generally, it is used to crush the pellets in 4.5-6mm diameters to smaller pellets in 0.7-1.5 or 1-2.5mm diameters.

This series roller crumbler is available in 4 models. The maximum capacity is up to 10-20t/h. It can be used to crush pellets in a diameter of more than 1.5mm.
