Pellet Mill (for Feed Pellet)
The SZLH series feed pellet mill developed by Zhengxiang is excellent for use in 1000-40000 tonnage powdery compound feed mills. This feed pellet machine can be provided with ring dies in various pore diameters including φ1.0, φ1.2, φ1.5, φ2.0, φ2.5, φ3.0, φ3.5, φ4.0, φ4.5, φ5.0, φ6.0, φ8.0, etc. Especially, φ1.0-3.5 dies are used for shrimp and fish feeds, φ3.0 dies for chicken feeds, φ3.0-4.5 dies for pig feeds, and φ6.0-8.0 dies for cattle and horse feeds.
Material feeding in this feed pellet mill features variable frequency speed control, enabling high stability, safety and efficiency. It is equipped with iron removal device at the feeding inlet, preventing iron mixed in the materials entering the press chamber. In addition, the pellet making machine is provided with reliable safety device. Once it is overloaded, the safety pin will break, thus improving safety factor and prolong pellet press's service life.
