Description
The folding gluing creasing line’s 1650 type folding carton gluing machine has a processing speed of 300 m/min and a maximum blank width of 1650mm. It is intended for 800g/m² straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.
In addition, this folder-gluer features an excellent memory function, and requires no repetitive set up for reproducing parts, which saves time. The electronic carrier is equipped with a high precision linear guideway, allowing this equipment to be used in heavy duty and medium sized packaging companies.
Application of folding and gluing system:
The MEGAFOLD 1650 – C without pre-folding function is suitable for straight-line boxes.
The MEGAFOLD 1650 – AC without pre-folding function is used to produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.
The MEGAFOLD 1650 – PC is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.
The MEGAFOLD 1650-SL is ideal for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.
