Tower gangway can be provided with telescopic front ladder or folding front ladder according to the actual conditions of jetties. After the lift reaching the working deck level, the operator controls the front ladder to place the triangle ladder on the ship deck. Then the solenoid valve is activated to turn the position at floating state, enabling that the bulwark ladder changes to adapt to the height of deck level when the draft or the tide changes the vessel deck elevation. Driven by hydraulic motor, the entire ladder can be slewed within ±90º. This tower gangway is suitable for ships with loading capacity of over 50,000 DWT.

Gangway main body, wireless remote control, ground operation control, electrical control system, hydraulic system, lighting system, piping and wiring, embedded parts of foundation, supporting tools and spare parts.

• The design of the gangway is carried out on the basis of comprehensive consideration of ship type, jetty structure, meteorological and hydrological conditions, earthquake level and all stresses on jetties. When the design is finished, 3D model will be provided to customer for approval.
• The operational limitation of the gangway movements will be automatically identified by programming interlock, some of automatic identification sensors are safeguarded by redundancy design. The functions of alarm and automatic shut-down are also configured to provide the gangway with safe control and excellent protection.
• The hydraulic system is located at the top of the slewing platform, thus reducing the length of hydraulic pipeline while enhancing reliability. The hydraulic system is guaranteed with reliable seal without leakage to provide high stability and safety. When the hydraulic system installation is completed, the hydraulic pipeline will be thoroughly cleaned to eliminate residual materials including metal powder, rust, sealing materials, paints, coatings, etc.
• The bulwark ladder can be manually retracted to the storage position during a power failure.
• The tower gangway can be operated locally or remotely, the local control panel has a mode selection switch to achieve simultaneous control or independent control.
• Before on-site installation and commissioning, a detailed installation guide of tower gangway will be provided to customer. In addition, our engineer will offer on-site guidance for installation and commissioning.
• This tower gangway is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of international explosion proof standards. Standard parts and general parts are adopted as its components to assist customer in saving maintenance cost in the future.
