Similar to stone typemachine, process of concrete crushing plant is as follows. Firstly, usablematerials are chosen and transmitted by vibrating feeder. Then they are pouredinto primary concrete crusher. After that, products are crushed by secondaryconcrete crusher into smaller sizes and usually these products can be useddirectly. But products of the step are more often get screened by vibratingscreen to fit the requirements. Those unable to meet the needs are sent backfor crushing again. Finally, all the raw materials become the products we need.
Tertiary concrete crusher is usually used in special crushing process. Productsare turned into much smaller size in this machine and there are two types ofthis machine used in this step, mobile concrete crusher and portable concretecrusher. These two machines are main products in our product range. Concretecrusher, belt conveyor, vibrating feeder and vibrating screen are equipped inmobile type machine. There are 8 types of this product, including cone crusher,jaw crusher, impact crusher, crawler type crusher and multi-crushing crusher,etc. Different from that, portable type machine is a basic crushing system.
