Description
The automatic carton folding gluing line 800features a maximum blank width of 800mm and a maximum production speed of 400m/min, which makes it ideal for handling small and medium sized cartonfolding gluing in large and medium sized packaging companies and commercialprinters.
The conveyor belt inthe folding and closing section can be adjusted at 180 degrees, making itcapable of producing 20mm thick boxes such as pre-folding and auto bottom boxes,straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and much more.
Compared with other foldingand gluing system models, this machine is equipped with an intelligent servomotor driven electronic back folding system. The folding hooks are installed ontwo independently controlled servo shafts in order to accurately fold all boxflaps.
