The automatic carton folding gluing line’s 1100 type folder gluer machine has a maximum blank width of 1100mm and a maximum producing speed of 400m/min, making it applicable for small and medium sized carton gluing in large-to-medium packaging enterprises and commercial printers.
The conveyor belt in the folding and closing section can be adjusted at 180 degrees, making it capable of producing 20mm thick boxes such as pre-folding and auto bottom boxes, straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and much more.
ApplicationThe SMARTFOLD 1100 – PC is suitable for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.
The SMARTFOLD 1100 – SL is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.
