The anhydrous calcium chloride is supplied in granular form, containing min. 94% CaCl2 by weight. The white, high purity, granular calcium chloride, like the calcium chloride pellet, confidently finds numerous applications in desiccation, brine refrigeration, well completion and workover, snow removal and other industries.
Uses
1. The calcium chloride granule is highly hygroscopic and is often used as desiccant for various industries.
2. Prepared granular calcium chloride is good for making acrylic resin in food, electronics and leather industries, and used as agent for oil and ether alcohol distillation in organic chemical production process.
3. The dry calcium chloride is an ideal choice for snow removal of road, parking lot and airports.
4. Especially, it plays an important role in oilfield applications such as completion, cementing and workover fluids.
5. The anhydrous calcium chloride is excellent for use in brine refrigeration industry as liquid coolant as well as gas and liquid medium of air conditioning system.
