Cyclic Corrosion Chamber

Cyclic corrosion chamber is used for imitating corrosive environment to carry out cyclic corrosion testing. The imitated environment is more severe than that of we usually meet. The corrosion test chamber can test products in environmental conditions combined with salt smog, dry, humidity and low temperature.

This testing equipment is specially designed for testing products used in intensely changeable environments, such as parts of automobile navigation equipment, camera equipment, building material and electroplate coating.

Features
  • Adopting LCD color touch screen controller (SAMWOM TECH TEMI2500), all temperature humidity test curve can be recorded.
  • Control method: temperature programmable alternating control, humidity programmable alternating control and temperature/humidity programmable alternating control.
  • Capacity of programmable group: 140 Patterns (group) 1400 Steps (section). There can be a maximum of Repeat 99 section for every programmable group.
  • Mode execution time for every section can be between zero to 999 hours and 59 minutes.
  • 1-999 circles of partial circulation or 1-999 circles of complete circulation can be set for every group.
  • Memory function: In case of a power failure, the testing machine can continue with the unfinished test as soon as power is recovered.
  • Can be connected with computer through RS2321RS-485 po
  • Controller has SD storage card with 2G capacity, enabling it to record test data of two years.
