Products description
Friction generated from sliding movements will cause damage to the slide block, which is why slide wear plates are used. These plates prolong the mold service life, and cut down replacement costs.

Our primary raw material is 40Cr with a hardness reaching 58-62HRC. Our slide wear plates have gone through the carburizing heat treatment to improve performance, and we also offer a variety of models, including SKD11, SKD61, SUJ2, SKH51, S45C, SKS3 and other customized types.

Features

Excellent wear resistance. The high content of Cr in the 40Cr material guarantees the stability of the slide wear plate because Cr is an extremely hard material.
High hardness. The hardness of the wear block can reach HRC58° or more after going through several heat treatment processes.
Excellent dimension stability. The precision measurement guarantees the dimensional stability of the slide wear plate.
