Thickness Grader Rice Sizer
The thickness classification process eliminates the immature grains in the rice processing, classifying the different thickness sizes of granular materials, separating the broken particles of granular materials and other thinner particles, so as to facilitate the later processing of the material. We have a SLJ-MHDG thickness grader and SYX-MJXH thickness grader for customers to choose from to meet their different needs.
Working principle
The sieve classifies the material according to the different thickness after the material enters the sorting chamber. The immature particles and broken particles drop through the sieve, and the mature particles are discharged from the sieve. So the effective separation of materials has been realized (The sieve mesh size should be customized according to the customer requirements).
