Valve Bottomer, Valve Sack Machines and Converting Equipment
TY-10001 is the highly efficient and flexible valve bottomer for small and medium size bags. Valve bottomer is a converting machine to produce finished valve sacks. It can produce paper sack, plastic film sack, woven fabric sacks and other products. Our valve sack conversion line has a production capacity of 120 sacks per minute. It is user-friendly because it only requires one worker for open and monitor the bottomer.

Unwiding:
equipped with oversized air cylinder and benchmarking to make sure any size of reel can be installed easily and accurately. -
Micro perforation:
Switzerland micro perforation equipment can perforate 64 micro holes per square centimeter to allow the air to exit the sack without water leakage. -
The sucker opens the bag mouth, through which iron sheet inserts for folding.

Heat sealer:
for sealing bag mouths perfectly without burning the bag. -
Two Switzerland heat guns seal both ends of the bag via sealer without burning the bag.

Conveyor belt:
After every 25 bags are completed, the conveyor belt will move some distance automatically for sorting and packaging.
