Four Column Hydraulic Press
Description
The YL32 series four column hydraulic press is applicable for pressing plastic materials, such as crimping, sheet stretch, bending, as well as correcting, press fitting, cold extrusion, and pressing molding processes of plastic and powder products.
It uses a three-beam, four-column structure, which is simple, economical and practical. Using an operating panel, users can achieve two different forming processes, a fixed stroke and a fixed pressure. The metal shearing machine also features a fixed pressure time delay function.

- Oil cylinder seals: main sealing achieved using new YX sealing rings that feature a low friction resistance and high pressure resistance. They are made using imported raw materials from Japan.
- Hydraulic system: The manifold block features a cartridge valve structure.
- Four columns: they are each treated with surface medium frequency quenching, and connected with the slide using a wear-resistant ring structure to reduce wear.

- It is optimized by a computer to provide high strength and excellent rigidity.
- Hydraulic control uses a two-way cartridge valve integrated system that is sensitive and reliable, and has a long service life with a low hydraulic impact. This reduces pipeline and leakage points.
- An independent electrical control system works in a reliable, intuitive manner that is easy to maintain.
- Buttons are used for centralized control, and can operate in either manual or semi-automatic adjustment operating modes.
- Two forming processes, fixed stroke and fixed pressure, are chosen on the operation panel, as is a fixed pressure time delay function.
- The working pressure, fast idle and slow pressing stroke adjustment range can all be adjusted depending on the process.
