Ideally connect the accumulator with the rod conveyor from chicken shed, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the accumulator directly. This accumulator also features candling to check for leaking, dirty or cracking eggs. Then it would direct the eggs onto the feeding line of egg washer.
The sanitizer sprayer is installed in the front of egg washer, which sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides chemicals) onto eggs automatically for food security purpose.
- Before washing
- After washing
The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water (customer provides). Brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made on brush distance, position and speed.
Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying system. The drying rate can reach up to 95%, depending on the environmental humidity.
After being dried, the eggs enter into the accumulator & UV sterilizing & head turning section of grader. This model of machine is also equipped with a UV sterilizing system, which features the special design of UV disinfection to sterilize egg shells for maximum food security. Meanwhile, head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 6 grades.
The 107 egg grader is equipped with the hanging system with claws. When you start the machine, the hanging claws will spin in a circle continuously, the egg delivery bar between the main machine and accumulator catches the eggs from the accumulator and loads the eggs into the coming claws. The claws hold the graded eggs and send them to the right position.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Each automatic packer includes a dropset, empty tray sender and egg tray collection conveyor. Empty cartons/trays need to be manually placed in the sender, allowing the sender to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. The dropset unit drops the eggs into 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30 egg carton/tray automatically. The conveyor will transport the egg cartons/trays to the end of it.
Each size can be attached with an auto packer, or can be connected to a manual collection conveyer.
Graded eggs will drop onto the sponge roller of the conveyor, the roller will deliver the eggs to its collection section, you can collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
ZENYER (6-print head) is an optional attachment on each egg tray collection conveyor after the cartons/trays filling process, which prints company name and logo, date and Julian date, etc. on eggs.
Oversized or too small eggs will be placed onto the off-grade table, then you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg trays manually.
