Application
The three chamber chemical dosing device can determine (dose) the amount of water treatment chemical found in water treatment equipment and technology in an automatic, accurate and quantifiable manner. These chemicals include the anti-sludging agent of the cooling tower recycling water treatment, flocculating agents and coagulant aids of the water treatment, dehydrating agents of the sludge, and agents used in various other processes, such as deoxygenation, acidification, alkali and degassing.
Description
The three chamber chemical dosing device is a piece of automatic and integrated flocculent dissolving and dosing equipment. The preparation solution range is 0-4000 L/hour and the concentration is 0.1％-0.5％. The dosing device features a highly automated and outstanding performance, excellent operational reliability and easy operation.
Main structure
The three chamber chemical dosing device includes the three-chamber type cabinet, dry powder dosing system, solution stirring system, control system and liquid dosing system.
The dry powder flocculent enters the instant dissolver through the spiral propeller, and the dry powder flocculent premix will then mix with the water. The resultant wet material then enters the preparation tank in order to be stirred and diluted. The solution is prepared according to required concentrations.
The flocculent is placed in the preparation tank using the screw pump, if the flocculent is a liquid. The water inflow must be relatively stable under the inspection of the flowmeter in the solution preparation process, thus ensuring the solution concentration will not be changed during the preparation process.
