Configurations
This automatic cake production line for production of filled cakes consists of four sections including dough mixing section, forming and baking section, filling section and packing section. Different types of tunnel oven such as electric, oil fired, gas fired and conduction oil heating ovens are optional.

1. Mixing→ Forming→ Rack oven baking→ Discharging and Cooling→ De-moulding→ Correcting→ Cream filling→ Cooling→ Sterilizing→ Packaging
