Introduction
The nutrient mix rice processing line of Luerya is a recycled rice production line which is designed according to customer requirements and combined with our artificial rice technology. Rice base mixture material is extruded to a powder and then mixed, conveyed, ripening, enzymes are added, it is sterilized, then molded to finished products.
- The food process extruder with twin screw is used to product regenerated rice by boiling, ripening, molding technology. The nutrition of raw material is kept to the maximum, and starch gelatinization is more than 98%.
- The product tastes great. And its viscosity can be controlled well according to customer requirements.
- Nutrients can be added according to their own characteristics to ensure its stability.
- All materials are added intelligently and automatically. Users need to set up the proportion only.
