The SF-BN single faceruses advanced inner suction technology and corrugated roller designed withring-shaped crescent slot. This ensures low energy consumption with good airsuction effect and well corrugating with high intensity. In addition, thesingle-sided corrugated cardboard produced by the single facer provides smoothand beautiful surface without ring-shaped creasing caused by the draft hoodtype or guide claw type single facer. The single facer has effectiveworking width ranging from 1400mm to 2200mm and production speed of 60m/min. Itis gear or chain driven. In addition, the flute profile is available uponrequest of customers.
The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller of the singlefacer through the roller bore by the fan, so as to form a negative pressurezone within the 180° range of the middle corrugated roller and finish thecorrugated rolling. The slot width of the lower corrugated roller is no morethan 1.6mm, with no stripe score marked on the single corrugated cardboard.Both the upper and lower corrugated rollers of the single facer are made of48CrMo high quality alloy steel. After heat-treatment, the roller rigidity isHRC58-62. The roller surface is grinded and chrome plated.
The transmission part of the single facer adopts cardan shaft drive and is separated with the sourceof vibration, which ensures stable transmission, reliable operation and highmaintainability. The reduction gearbox utilizes oil bath lubrication andenclosed gear drive to reduce the machine vibration.
This single facer adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatically controlledglue coating and reset, ensuring good buffering effect. The machine offerselectric adjustment of the glue area, and the gluing part runs independentlywhile the machine is closing down which prevents the glue from being dried up.The glue roller surface is treated with special mesh nicking andchrome-plating.
