Screw Classifier
Screw classifier is able to distribute ore in a closed loop system with ball mill. Also, it can be suitable for desliming and dewatering in the ore washing, grading granularity during the process of metal ore dressing, as well as grading ore and fine silt in the gravity mill.
Our screw classifier is mainly divided into four types, including high weir type single or double screw, and immerged type single or double screw. In addition, the single screw product can be classified as ordinary type and improved type. The improved product owns extra automatic lifting equipment on the sand returning end, which can lift the original ore from the bottom to the appropriate place for discharging. In this way, it can be equipped with special configuration, which can not only reduce the electricity by 1 to 1.5 kWh per ton ore, but also avoid the frequent maintenance and slow down the wear of the mill gearwheel.
