Our mining flotation machine can be classified as 9 types or over 70 varieties.
BF type product is extremely suitable for separating the ferrous metals, and the non metals like coal fluorite and talc. Moreover, it can be extensively applied to the separation of non ferrous metals, such as gold, silver, copper, iron, tungsten, lead, zinc, tin, molybdenum, nickel, tantalum, niobium, manganese ore, coal and so on.
XJ type product, also called A type or XJK type, is a conventional mining flotation machine. It possesses the self absorption ability of both air and ore pulp, which is widely used for rough selection, fine selection and reverse flotation operation of nonmetallic minerals, ferrous metals, and the nonferrous metals like copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold and so on.
XJQ type mining flotation machine possesses the self absorption of air. In use of false bottom, it can make the circulating volume of the recycling cylinder reach 2.5 times as large as the tank volume. Furthermore, the stator is a cylinder in structure, the inner wall of which is vertically ribbed and also equipped with the slot hole. Thus, a better cutting effect can be made on the ore pulp. Due to the low immersion depth of rotor, low rotational speed of impeller, as well as the large clearance between the impeller and the stator, our product can provide low wear and significant reduction of power consumption.
