After processing the single pieces of sheet metal, Jiatong will assemble them before packaging. And that will include different types of assembly.
1) Mechanical assembly: the customized sheet metal parts are assembled to the chassis or bracket by mechanical fixing such as using fasteners like rivets and screws.
2) Welding assembly: the customized sheet metal parts are assembled by welding such as TIG welding and resistance welding.
It is not easy to assemble the sheet metal parts, so we provide assembly service for our customers. Of course, this service depends on your requirements. If you need a CNC sheet metal enclosure, we can package it without assembly.
