Chicken Manure Dryer

Applications
HONGJI chicken manure dryer can be used to dry the material with moisture content around 60% to final moisture content below 13%. If the moisture is more than 60%, say if it is 60% to 85%, a special dewatering machine will be used to reduce the moisture to around 45%. Thus materials can be dried in the dryer to 13% of moisture.
Additionally, the chicken manure dryer is suitable for dealing with high humidity waste produced in animal farming, food brewing, sugar and pharmaceutical industries. It can also be used to deal with a variety of chemical raw materials, such as chicken manure, wine slot, furnace slag, fructose slag, slag vinegar sauce, sugar beet residue, animals slaughtered contents, coal slime, betonies, etc.

Note: If moisture is more than 60%, the material should be handled by dewaterer before entering the dryer for bigger capacity and better efficiency.
