The bonding of cloth lining
As an indispensable material in apparel manufacturing, cloth lining is often bonded with its base cloth using a melting adhesive to make the cloth stiff, durable, and light. For the worker, bonding lining with base cloth can also simplify the production process and increase the efficiency. So hot melt adhesives have been widely used to bond clothes linings with gussets, collars, cloth tails, plackets, pockets, and so on.The lining can also be used in leather bag or other leather decorations to stiffen them or fill the inner space. In shoes and hats manufacturing, the lining is also used in shoes forepart and heel seat, hat brims and the insole and sole of shoes.

The bonding of labels
SUNTIP's hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesion performance in various materials, such as cloths, leather and PVC. After application, our adhesive will be soft and waterproof.Using hot melt adhesive to bond labels can make the label difficult to unglue and will not negatively affect the elasticity of the fabric.
