Intensive Dampener

Intensive Dampener

The FZSH series intensive dampener is a frequently used device in flour mills, and it is adopted to guarantee that the moisture content of wheat meets the requirements of following procedures. As a continuous and highly efficient machine, this product is designed to add exact amount of water into the wheat, and then the water is uniformly distributed with the help of a screw conveyor.

Features
1. Excellent Moisture Addition Performance
During work, wheat moves into the chamber through the feeding pipe, and simultaneously, water flows into the spray pipe via pipelines. Then, the spray pipe will spray water to the wheat inside the chamber.

For the screw conveyor, its screw blades are arranged in a helical manner on the shaft, and some of the materials will move forward when the blades are stirring. However, the chamber is fixed with a tilting angle. So, as a result of the gravity, some materials will drop down and then mixed with the forward-moving wheat to realize full contact between wheat kernels. With the gentle dampening process, the water is homogeneously distributed, and the moisture addition rate could reach up to 4% in a single pass.

2. Low Maintenance Requirement
The screw blades of our intensive dampener are manufactured by wear-resisting steel plates, so they are also resistant to wear and tear.
