Cooperation processDuring the 3 day stone machinery exhibition, Alexander was looking for a high quality and high cost-effective stone cutting machine. This is because our equipment is well received by customers in Russia after being put into use.
Properties of the machineEquipped with a 37kw Xiamen Eagle main motor, the combined bridge saw uses a microcomputer system and human-computer interaction interface to control. Adopting imported frequency converter to control the cutter to go left and right, the cutter can adjust speed according to the stone material. A dual hydraulic system is used to lift the high precision chrome-plated guide pin and wear-resistant guide bush is used to guide, multi-layer sealing is designed in the guide bush to proof water, dust and oil. Therefore, it is very suitable in cutting high cost large marble or granite. The maximum cutting depth is 900-1250mm and the biggest blade can be equipped is 2200-2800mm. when cutting stone, the block can be placed right on the ground, saving the cost of the trolley.
