A Impact strength and fracture toughness
The parts produced by adopting PM process features better impact strength than that of the traditional ones. The toughness of parts produced by PM process is also higher than that of the parts produced by forging process.

B Tensile strength and yield strength
When the tensile strength and yield strength of some parts required should be very high, these parts must be processed by PM process. By adopting PM process, the surface of the parts will be filled with liquid metal with low melting point, improving the strength of the parts.

C Compressive strength
The parts produced by PM process has high compressive strength. The reason is that metal parts are sintered after high strength pressing so that the compactness of the surface is increased and the porosity is reduced.

D Anti-corrosion performance
Carrying out traditional coating such as zinc plating, chroming, nickel plating, phosphatizing and some other special plating processes for the PM processed parts, the anti-corrosion performance of the hardware parts is improved.

E Fatigue strength
The PM processed parts feature high fatigue strength. The limitation of the durability increases as the increasing of density of components. By adopting local densifying sintering, the fatigue strength of the parts can be improved.

Manufacturing advantage:

A PM process can produce parts with unique and complex shapes which can not be produced by other metal forming processes. The cutting workload is reduced and the work efficiency is improved. The production cost is also saved, especially for some products of which the processing cost is high such as gear. By adopting PM process, the production cost can be greatly reduced.

JDSK can carry out die sinking according to the blueprint from our customers. If you can only provide samples, we can also carry out surveying and drawing to design the blueprint independently. Then we can accomplish die sinking and production. (JDSK has produced over 2000 sets of molds since our establishment.) During the pressing and forming of metallurgical products, the operators will adjust the appearance and size of the processing workpieces to avoid scrapping of large batch of metallurgical products. And the pressing finished metallurgical products will also be inspected by the quality inspection department. If the exterior is damaged or not. This can effectively avoid the entering of unqualified workpiece into the next working procedure.

JDSK is equipped with over 30 presses such as 10T, 25T, 50T, 100T, 150T, 200T, 315T, 500T etc. The monthly output can be 35 tons.

According to the blueprint provided by our customers and the function of the processing workpiece, JDSK can carry out mold design and design the subsequent producing flow of the workpiece. Thus the metallurgical workpiece of our customers can be accomplished. If our customer can not provide blueprints. If they can only provide the sample workpiece, the technical section of JDSK can also help to design the blueprint and then carry out die sinking. The time costed for die sinking is 25-35 days. After die sinking, the produced workpiece will be sent to our customers for confirmation. We will only carry out volume production after receiving the report of qualification and confirmation note from our customer.
