KCC206 circular saw blade (Sintering Process, Circular Saw Blade)
The KCC206X dry cutting wet cutting circular saw blade is used for cutting porcelain, all kinds of tile, marble slate, granite etc., which can be used for dry cutting but has faster cutting speed and longer service life under wet cutting conditions.
1. The ceramic saw blade is stringently manufactured and tested in accordance with the EU certification EN13236 standards so that the safety performance of product is well guaranteed.
2. The segment uses high quality diamond and pre-alloyed powder to possess stable quality and reduce cost.
3. The diamond saw blade adopts hot-press sintering process, realizing the close combination between diamond formulation and steel core, compact and sharp, with fast cutting speed.
4. Using high precision steel substrate, it cuts stably and smoothly, without dithering under high speed cutting, and not easily to cause chipped edges.
