KGC Diamond Blade (Sintering Process, Curve Cutting Diamond Saw Blade)
The KGC301 curved granite cutting diamond saw blade is primarily used for cutting granite, marble, sandstone, slate, limestone, basalt among other stones.
1. The saw blade is strictly manufactured and tested as EU certification EN13236 standards, of which the quality is guaranteed.
2. The segment is made by high quality diamond and cobalt based pre-alloyed powder, which is sharp and durable, and cuts smoothly.
3. The product adopting hot-press sintering process optimizes the close combination of diamond formulation and steel core, so that the segment is compact and sharp, with high cutting speed.
4. Using high precision steel substrate makes no dithering under high cutting speed, so that it cuts stably and smoothly, with less chipped edges.
5. It can be used for dry cutting but has higher cutting speed and longer service life at the condition of wet cutting.
